Sustapei (Ultem ™ 1000) es una poleetherimida amorfa que ofrece un excelente rendimiento térmico y alta resistencia mecánica y rigidez para una amplia variedad de aplicaciones estructurales. Es inherentemente retardante de la llama, posee una buena resistencia a los ácidos y puede funcionar continuamente en vapor y agua caliente. Sustapei (Ultemtm 1000) se ofrece en natural (ámbar transparente) y negro.
